Cancellation Policy
LACTATION SUPPORT NOW POLICY: ALL fees for services are non refundable. Each client is responsible for all fees associated with each phone call. Payment is due at the time of appointment and an invoice will be issued to you. This is a self pay service only. We may require you to book a full consult at a later date either virtually or in person if we feel we cannot adequately support you over the phone. The phone calls are limited to 30 minutes, but may take less than 5 minutes. Regardless, there are no refunds. You are required to fill out a form and sign a consent prior to being called back. Without this form, we cannot speak with you regarding your lactation support.
